Disney Bag Collection

Disney Bag Collection

A lot of people often wonder why adults love Disney and Disney merchandise so much. For me there is no where I would rather be than in a Disney Park (although I haven’t been to New York yet an I expect it to have the same effect!) and Disney merchandise just brings some of that magic back home. I am 18 years old and I absolutely love Disney and it has always been such a big part of my life that I have no problems showing everyone how much I love it! I thought I would share my suggestions on how you could add some Disney magic to your everyday life as well. Some of my suggestions are subtle and some not-so-subtle so pick and choose which ones would work for you 🙂

Every Wednesday at 6pm I will share a new instalment for my new blog series ‘Everyday Disney’. I will be sharing the ways that I add some Disney magic into my everyday life in the hope of giving you some inspiration on how you can do the same! To start with I am going to be sharing some of my Disney bags. A Disney inspired bag can be the perfect way to either be a subtle or not-so-subtle in showing your love for Disney and adding some Disney magic to your day.

I have a black cross-body bag from Ted Baker which is one of my most used bags. It fits the basics I need to carry around and it is an easy to use size but there is no Disney in sight. To make it a little bit Disney I often add a keyring to the strap. Its simple, small and subtle but I love how it looks. I often move this keyring from bag to bag. The keying featured in the image below came with a bag from Primark but any Disney keyring would be a great addition to an otherwise non-Disney bag.

I have some Disney bags that I love and use on a regular basis. I recently purchased a backpack for £9 from Primark that is plain black backpack with Mickey Ears. I absolutely love the backpack as it is a great subtle Disney inspired piece. I have previously posted a ‘What’s In My Bag? | Primark Mickey Mouse Backpack’ for this bag if you would like to give it a read. The bag is now sold out in stores but there are plenty of similar versions online including who Disney In Particular often stocks similar bags.

The bag pictured below is the most not-so-subtle Disney bag that I have. I bought this handbag years ago on a trip to Walt Disney World and I still love it now. I don’t use it as much as I should because I prefer cross body but I don’t think it is a bag I could ever part with. The design is beautiful and fun and screams Disney without being too over the top. Disney Parks sell a lot of bags similar to this and there are plenty on the internet if you want more of a unique Disney design. I particularly love the Dooney and Bourke designs. Loungefly also have some great Disney designs.

Last but not least is my cross-body bag from Primark. I received this as a gift for Christmas last year and I have had so much use out of it since. It is the perfect size and a design like this is great for everyday use as it is subtle and I love the rose gold chain. As far as I know Primark no longer stock this particular bag but they always have a great stock of Disney merchandise so be sure to check if you are on the look out for a Disney bag.

Let me know if you have any Disney bags, I would love to see some photographs! Hope you enjoyed the first post of my Everyday Disney series and I will be back the same time next week with the next post!

Also a massive thank you to Eleanor from DistinctiveMode for helping me with some of the photographs used on this post. Be sure to go and check out her blog!
